Twenty miles from O'Hare, this handy, "quiet" suburban outpost off of I–90 has fairly large accommodations with free WiFi and "comfortable" beds topped with lots of pillows, but like the rest of the hotel, the rooms need "decor and electronics updates" to live up to their full potential; along with "efficient and personable" service, amenities here include a pool, a shuttle service for locations five miles or closer and an on-site Bennigan's restaurant, where kids eat free.

Very clean and the decor and upkeep were excellent.
There was a fight in the hall down from our room by other customers.
We were so pleased with our stay. It was exactly how an overnight place should be.

In the hotel lobby a very loud TV was being broadcast with a dicey comedian using foul language and gross humor throughout the lobby near the computer
Except for the lousy comedy show blasting in the lobby, it was perfect for the short overnight.

Great hotel. 2nd time we have stayed there. It is near a lot of restaurants. Bennigan's inside hotel. Nice rooms. Good size bathroom.

The pool and jacuzzi were great.
The beds were uncomfortable.
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. When we got to our room we saw that our beds only had sheets and no blankets. House keeping brought up a set when we asked but it was for only one bed! The beds were also rock-hard which we didn't enjoy. At least we were only staying for one night.
